Right now, I’m writing as Bella from the past. The one that doesn’t know the location of her white wedding, is torn between two amazing planners, is seriously running low on funds because everyone in her life, herself included, has made the decision to get married. Yes, this is the Bella you have at the moment. (Update: 3 amazing planners now, LOL).

Further update, Planner checked off my list, work has started!
Welcome to the wedding series. I know I’ll kick myself on the nose if I don’t document my experience in the first series of the blog so here we are! Your girl is a fiancee planning a wedding! So first things first, a checklist of the first couple of conversations Deji and I (alongside our families) have had. It was extremely important to get these out of the way as soon as humanly possible. If you’re gearing up to start your planning journey, you should take a look at this list to ease yourself into all of the wackiness you’re about to encounter

Now that these prelim conversations are out off the way, it’s time to talk to YOU:
Once you’ve answered all these questions, you are just about ready to start work. I started in reverse with my personal questions first but I think this is the best order to do things so you don’t get disappointed or have to change too many of your plans.
When you have all your ducks [mentally] in a [socially distanced] row, it’s time to ask yourself a very crucial question…
